Covid-19 Requirements For The Event

All information given below is in accordance with the CDC and state mandated requirements for public events.

Will I be required to wear a mask at this event?

Masks, face shields and face coverings are currently required statewide for indoor public spaces (for example, grocery stores, pharmacies, public transit, personal services providers, restaurants, bars, retail stores, and more). In addition, face coverings are required in outdoor public spaces when physical distancing is not possible. Children age 5 and up are required to wear a face covering. People with a disability or medical condition may request accommodation from the business if they cannot wear one.

Smucker Manufacturing will require all participants to wear masks during this event to protect our employees, dealers, families, and to adhere to our state mandated order. Masks can be removed when eating and socializing at the designated tables for each team. Additionally, we will be providing each paintball participant an individual face covering for the tournament and masks do not have to be worn underneath. We will have extra masks available at the event and we greatly appreciate your adherence to the following guidelines on wearing a mask.

What type of precautions will Smucker Manufacturing take to ensure the safety of all participants?

Smucker Manufacturing will prohibit parties of 10 or more from gathering without 6 ft. or more of distance between them. We will be thoroughly cleaning our restroom facilities and frequently clean and disinfect work areas, high-traffic areas, and commonly touched surfaces in both public and non-public areas. We will be serving indivuals food and ask that all participants allow our staff to serve the food in adherence to the restaurant safety protocols given by the state of Oregon. The event will also have clear signs that reinforce social distancing requirements, list Covid-19 symptoms, ask employees and participants to stay home if they show these symptoms, and list who to contact if they need assistance.

If you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 please stay at home.
